We believe that significant and sustained change can occur within the nonprofit sector by ensuring small and medium-sized nonprofits have access to equitable, inclusive, and excellent hiring practices, approaches to people management and HR infrastructure.  We structure our work in three key methods of delivery -- embedded HR, project-based recruitment, and project-based HR consulting services.  As Human Resources professionals, we have an important role to play in ensuring that employees can thrive as their authentic selves in support of their organization’s mission.  We approach these challenges through many angles, including incorporating the tenants of positive psychology.
