MCN members can access a discounted yearly subscription to InstaTrac, an online legislative tracking service to support and enhance state-level public policy advocacy.

InstaTrac’s MassTrac service gives users the power to compete on Beacon Hill with these and other features:

• Tools to track legislative and budget updates in real time;
• Reports on hearing testimony;
• Unlimited bill tracking and committee action alerts delivered to your inbox;
• and more!

MCN nonprofit members can purchase InstaTrac at discounts scaled to their annual revenues. InstaTrac usually costs $5,184 per year (a 10% discount if the year is paid in advance, $5,760 if paid monthly). MCN members receive the following discounts:

• Annual revenue less than $250K: 35% discount (cost of $3,744)
• $251 – $750K: 25% discount (cost of $4,320)
• $751 – $2.5M: 20% discount (cost of $4,608)
• $2.5M+: 15% discount (cost of $4,896)

In addition to the annual rate, there is a one-time $350 fee to cover account setup, unlimited lifetime training and support for all current and future users, plus limited legal research.
