MCN’s membership dues are affordable and are well below those of similar trade organizations. Nonprofit membership dues operate on a sliding scale based on line 18 of your most recent 990 Form. Foundations that file Form 990-PF should use line 24, column (d). Foundations that file Form 990 should use line 18 minus line 13.

In order to renew your membership, you will need your Organization ID (15-20 digit alpha-numeric code). It can be found in your latest renewal email notification, or can be retrieved by emailing membership@macouncilofnonprofits.org.
Membership dues are calculated by the budget size of the whole organization. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions about your department or organization, please contact membership@macouncilofnonprofits.org.
Yes, you may pay for your membership with a credit card through PayPal, or you may mail us a check. Payment is due within 30 days of registration or renewal.
No, membership with MCN is not tax-deductible.
The person who will serve as the main contact for your organization should be listed on the membership form. If other staff members at your organization would like to receive our bi-weekly newsletter and email updates, they can sign up for SectorNews here.
Before your membership is set to expire, you should receive an email from an MCN staff member which contains a link to the renewal form. If you have questions or believe you have not received this email, please email membership@macouncilofnonprofits.org.
