Lynch Research Associates (LRA) is a women-owned program evaluation firm built for youth serving nonprofits.  We pair rigorous, cost-effective research with a deep understanding of the complex systems where youth development happens. Our work turns data into clear, actionable insights you can use for smarter decisions and stronger funding cases. We keep overhead low and assemble the right experts for each project.
