She has spent her career working with nonprofit organizations, including nonprofit corporations, charitable trusts, and religious organizations, as a trusted lawyer, regulator, advocate, consultant, educator and board member.<\/p>\n<p>At the Law Office of Elizabeth S. Reinhardt and Associates, our attorneys exclusively represent clients in the nonprofit sector.\u00a0 They provide practical and affordable legal advice to a wide range of nonprofits \u2013 from small, all volunteer community-based organizations to larger organizations working nationally and internationally. Each member of our team brings depth of knowledge, experience, and understanding to the nonprofit clients we serve.<\/p>\n<p>The Firm regularly provides start-up counsel to emerging nonprofits, outsourced \u2018in-house\u2019 corporate and employment law services, representation in nonprofit mergers, dissolutions, and acquisitions, as well as in state and federal regulatory and compliance matters.
